It's equipped with a hardened steel blade that is precision angled, and it can slice through 30 sheets of paper at a time. The clamp holds stacks of paper securely for increased accuracy. This cutter is printed with a 1/2'' grid that includes metric and English measurements for easy alignment. A finger guard keeps hands away from the blade during operation, and a torsion spring keeps the blade from falling during use.
