SEM PMCON-0101-F Return-to-Factory Service for 0101 (Includes new anvil, new fluids, labor).
This annual Preventative Maintenance Service is performed at SEM’s facility. It consists of the following:
Pack-up your SEM Model 0101 in the original packaging (see Note 1 below).
SEM will make arrangements to pick up the unit via freight carrier when ready.
SEM will perform a complete overhaul of the unit including the installation of a new anvil and replacing the hydraulic fluid.
Additionally, SEM will replace any part that is covered under warranty. If a part is required that is not covered under warranty, SEM will contact the customer to discuss the various repair options.
Once the service is complete, SEM will repack the unit and return it to you and pay the freight.
Pricing is for crushers located within the Continental U.S. – For locations outside of the Continental U.S., please consult factory for pricing.
NOTE 1: If you did not keep your original packaging, you will need to purchase the shipping carton. Call SEM for pricing.
NOTE 2: Program is limited to Model 0101 with serial numbers equal to or greater than serial number 1161. All other serial numbered systems require pre-authorization from SEM.
NOTE 3: Inbound and outbound shipping charges are paid for by the customer.
